Raphael Roberts joined DCH Audi Oxnard in the fall of 2011, but has been an Audi technician for over 3 years. He is an Audi Academy graduate and looks forward to providing excellent service and comprehensive knowledge about our clients Audi's.
He enjoys a good laugh and making your car hum.
Robert won the 2016 Twin Cup Challenge for Audi. Thousands of technicians from all over the world compete in the competition and Robert was in the Top 10! At DCH Audi Oxnard, we take pride in our employees and focus on providing more customers benefit with top notch personnel.
Stephanie Trejo, (also known as Stephie) has been with DCH Audi since September 2010. She is one of our Service Advisors and she prides herself on providing exceptional service to every customer.
On her days off Stephanie loves playing on the beach, but the most important part of her day is spending time with her son, daughter, boyfriend, rottweiler, and chihuahua.

William Profeta, (better known as Bill) has been with DCH for 3 years, but has been in the automotive industry for over 31 years. Most of those have been with the Audi or Volkswagen brands.
He is an award winning Service adviser who got the opportunity to visit the Audi production plant in Ingolstadt Germany last year and drive the European Audi versions on the high speed Autobahn. He was most taken back by the Audi museum and the history behind the Audi car, from the humble beginnings to the present Audi models and how far they've come over the years.
Bill enjoys the adventures of outdoor camping and surfing at the closest beach with the radist waves.
